So I checked out this new Caribbean place in Sheffield called Loviz Flavaz – it’s a really cute spot! It's tucked away, not on a main drag, but has a really friendly, casual feel inside. The photos online showed a bright, colourful interior with plenty of natural light, and that's exactly what it was like. It felt really welcoming.
The menu looked great; lots of classic Caribbean dishes with some interesting twists. They had jerk chicken, of course, but also some more unusual things like curried goat and some delicious-looking seafood options. One photo showed a perfectly plated platter of fried plantains, and it made my mouth water. I'd recommend trying their specials—they seemed to change regularly.
Loviz Flavaz is perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a family meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy, the food is tasty and reasonably priced, and it's a welcome change from the usual Sheffield fare. It’s the kind of place you go to because you want good food and a good time, and you’ll definitely leave happy.

Beautiful food, Beautiful people, Shout out to the guy that made the dipping sauce it went lovely with my fried chicken and fries also the splits first time I've seen and had them and they didn't disappoint bloody stunning. Highly recommend for some good honest food.
I've eaten here a few times and I would eat here everyday if I could. Great food, everything is full of flavour. Plenty of meat when you get a large curried mutton (I've been to some other Caribbean places in Sheffield and they just give you bones). The Mac and cheese with the jerk sauce is banging. The staff here are absolutely lovely aswell. They're very attentive, and they make sure your food is exactly how you want it. Loviz flavaz is such a hidden gem. Definitely worth visiting. I can't wait to go back there.
Greeted with a smile 😊 Had a Mixed box! Fried dumpling stuffed with “pulled” mutton, jerk wings, coleslaw, and a nice wedge of mac n cheese on the side, which was nicely flavoured. VERY filling, Definitely going back to try the other dishes..
Was in the area and had been recommended to try Loviz, a great recommendation! The food was amazing and the mutton was delightful!!! Mmm mmmm the homemade fruit punch wow a must try!
I recently ordered Jerk Chicken in a rice bowl, and I must say it was a perfect experience! The flavors were outstanding, and the dish was prepared to perfection. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend trying it. 5 stars!
