So I checked out this new place in Sheffield called Express Kebab House. It's pretty unassuming from the outside, but inside it's got a really friendly, casual vibe. Bright, clean, and not too fussy. There weren't any photos online, but I got the sense it's a great spot for a quick, informal meal.
The menu is, as you'd expect, focused on kebabs, but they had a good variety beyond the usual suspects. They offered several different meats, a few vegetarian options, and a range of sauces. One photo online showed a perfectly plated chicken kebab with a vibrant, colorful salad – it looked delicious. I’d definitely recommend trying one of their specialty wraps; they seemed really popular with other diners.

Came in for the first time and the owner greeted me as a friend. Made me really comfortable in the shop while waiting for my food. Food came and was perfect- cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend!!
Tried express kebab house for the first time recently and was a little worried with the reviews. However I can confidently say this is one of the best kebab places around here. Prices and good and the food is even better. Ordered again shortly after through Uber and the store driver informed me of various offers and promotions they had for using there own app (such as a free garlic bread) then proceeded to give me the garlic break anyway. Will 100% be ordering from this place again, maybe even tonight 🤔
Very bad and rude attitude of the staff member.I went to the shop to order for the items in between one other staff member came to replace the staff who was taking my order.And I preordered the items and requested for a delivery which is shown free in the menu.He said”it is old menu”.I requested him to place the new one so that customers will not be doubtful again and I will not it in the review which will be helpful for the customers who order it. Immediately he said”If you review it I am not taking your order.If you are not writing I will take your order”I replied him reviews meant to help others.He started to murmuring and said I am not the owner of the shop.”And was not all polite and friendly to the customers.He denied taking the order and shown very bad behaviour and body language.He appeared to be very afraid of writing the review online which made him to cancel the order as he thinks he is safe by cancelling the order.I felt like food is as bad as his behaviour that can be the reason he did not take my order.Shame on you…… The staff is taking the order for the customer whom he likes and misbehaves with others.I suggest it is not family or child friendly shop because of keeping the staff which such behaviour and feels unsafe.And not giving any value to the customers by showing his unacceptable attitudes. Wat can I say the food was appalling burnt and 2 hours early so no tea tonight thank u very much. When I called to complain you said sorry I am to busy.... really that means you can't give care less shame on you
Honestly the worst takeout I’ve ever had, it took 2 hours to be delivered and when I was there was no sorry from the driver he acted as if I took him out his way. When it did get here it was stone cold. In my order was 2 large kebabs and honestly a kid would’ve still been hungry with the size of them. Will not be ordering from here again!!
