I just got back from checking out Turtle Bay Nottingham, and it's a really fun place! It's located in Nottingham (obviously!), and has a bright, lively atmosphere. The decor is colorful and Caribbean-inspired – think vibrant artwork and comfy seating. Looking through the photos online, I noticed they have a great outdoor area too, perfect for warmer weather.

Their menu is packed with classic Caribbean dishes. They’ve got all the jerk chicken and curry goat you could want, alongside plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of jerk salmon that looked amazing. I'd definitely recommend trying their cocktails – they have a wide selection of rum-based drinks and other tropical concoctions.
