I live in Bury, and used to travel to south Manchester for a Carribbean until my partner discovered this place. The food by far exceeds, and the best dumplings I've ever had. I'm so glad we found Vibes. We've been here about 6 times and never had a bad meal. We've tried the curried goat, curried chicken, brown stew, and jerk chicken. All divine! The guys work hard, are polite and unlike other places, they don't scrimp on the sauce, and if eating in, they ask if you want a top up. I'm not sure why they've received negative reviews. I would highly recommend.

Didn't have full menu one of us didn't eat because they only had chicken ready this was 12.30pm. Only to be spoken to rudely! No customer service won't be returning. Excellent food, however manner don't match to the foods standards.

absolutely appalling and i think they’re proud of it too, food arrived cold one hour late with no communication, staff were disgustingly rude and unhelpful on the phone, staff are absolutely terrible and need to learn customer service skills asap, the state the food was delivered in was diabolical

We have ordered food from this place on several occasions and always went for curry goat and pepper steak beef. Same food every time as it is really good. Yesterday on a way home from hospital we called to make same order over the phone to collect later. Called at 8:10 only to be told to call back in 5 minutes. Immediately thought this is odd as it takes few seconds to take order. Called at 8:15 and placed order for 2x curry goat and 2x pepper steak beef. Was told to pick up in 25 minutes. Came to collect food after 20 minutes with expecting to wait another 5 minutes. Only to be told it will be 15 more minutes. When I said why they not said that when making call order, response was rude “we are busy” without apology. When food was ready I was handed bag with 4 boxes and paid. Once arrived home, I realised that 1x curry goat was missing as 4th box was with plantain. Called shop that there is food missing, and was told they realised this when I left. So had to drive back for missing order. When collected meal I was offered to pick any food from hot counter, but I rejected as we already had enough food. Staff said sorry several times, but in general customer service from white young male was not to the standard we are used to in this place.
