Turtle Bay Salford Quays is a vibrant spot right on the waterfront, with a really cool, relaxed atmosphere. The decor is bright and breezy, perfect for a summer evening. Looking through the photos, I noticed lots of natural light and comfy seating – it definitely felt like a place where you could easily while away a few hours.
Their menu is packed with Caribbean classics and some exciting twists I hadn't seen elsewhere. Jerk chicken, of course, features prominently, but they also have really interesting seafood dishes and a great vegetarian selection. One photo shows a perfectly plated "Trini Curry Goat," which looked amazing. I’d recommend trying the roti, it was fantastic.
What makes Turtle Bay special is the combination of great food, a fun atmosphere, and the amazing location. It’s perfect for a casual get-together with friends, a celebratory dinner, or even just a relaxing lunch overlooking the water. It’s a fun, lively place, and definitely stands out from other restaurants in the area for its unique Caribbean flavour.

Our server Maiya was very friendly & accommodating to our every need thank you. It was our first visit today, considering I’m JA heritage & the food was excellent even though I added some extra hot sauce. I cleared my plate, thought I ate at home We even added a small takeout for our son. Price was very good value for our £ as we had plenty refreshments.
Lovely lunch before going to watch a matinee show at The Lowry. Staff were all great, with particular attention to my Mum’s dietary requirements which was reassuring. We all enjoyed our food and would return again.
Excellent service from Vijeeta Good selection of cocktails which were delicious. I had the rib which was melt in your mouth. Definitely will be returning !!!
Ivana is a wonderful hostess who made sure we got our drinks in time and also accomodated all our needs. We need more people like you in the hospitality industry.
