Sunrise Caribbean Food in Manchester is a bright, cheerful spot. The space feels welcoming, with warm lighting and what looked like lots of happy customers; I didn't see any photos, but I could imagine it has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you could easily settle in for a relaxed meal.
Their menu is pretty extensive, covering all the Caribbean classics. I saw jerk chicken, several types of roti, and a whole section dedicated to different stews. One photo showed a perfectly plated plate of fried plantains alongside a gorgeous looking curry goat – that's definitely what I'd order next time! They also had a good selection of drinks, including juices and Caribbean beers.

Wow what an great experience trying Caribbean food, we ordered a selection of the menu to try, the staff member was welcoming and really helpful ( openshaw ). The food was a flavorful explosion a real home cooked taste and the chicken fell of the bone as well as the mutton in the curry as for portion size it was great (feed 3 ). would highly recommend trying. We will be going back on a regular basis, sorry regular take out place.
This place is great, I am a frequent visitor to their cheetam hill store and its safe the say the quality in openshaw matches their other branches! Staff are always friends and attentive! If you fancy something different just ask for example, jerk chicken with curry sauce on it instead of jerk sauce they are always happy to do this for you 👍
Good food, tried the curry goat and it did not disappoint but it was the food was a bit pricey.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while so I quickly popped in and it did not disappoint! The food was lovely and the biggest bonus having been served so efficiently and with enthusiasm by the staff, I believe the lovely men who served me were called Ty and Moses! Couldn’t be happier with their service, they deserve a pat on the back. Will be returning!
