About Touch Of Class Caribbean Kitchen
Caribbean Restaurant in London
So I checked out this new Caribbean place in London, Touch of Class Caribbean Kitchen, and it's a really cute spot. It's tucked away, not on a main drag, but has a really welcoming feel; bright, airy, and nicely decorated. Looking through the photos online, I noticed some beautiful artwork on the walls and what looked like comfortable booths. The vibe is casual and relaxed, perfect for a casual dinner with friends.
The menu is pretty varied – they have all the classics, jerk chicken, curries, and rice and peas of course. But they also have some interesting twists on traditional dishes. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of fish with a vibrant mango salsa. I'd definitely recommend trying their oxtail stew; it looked incredible. They seem to focus on fresh ingredients, which is always a plus.
What makes Touch of Class stand out is the genuine warmth of the place. It feels less like a restaurant and more like someone's really lovely home where you're invited for dinner. It's the kind of place that's great for a date night, a family meal, or just catching up with friends. If you're craving authentic Caribbean food in a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere, this is the spot.

My soup contained mold. I am absolutely appalled and I’ll never order from this place again. It was in fact not spring onion and actual mold from the pumpkin itself. In future check all your ingredients especially vegetables as this was an extreme health and safety hazard.
You lot in this shop seriously need to fix tf up, Considering how much competition there is out there , You aren’t doing your business any favours. Ordered stew chicken with hard food so they send stew chicken with rice instead, Like seriously? Dunno if who work in this shop have a problem with reading or deciphering simple instructions as that’s exactly what it looks like to me. Not the first time I’ve ordered food from here and it’s either wrong or there’s items missing, in this case not only was the order wrong, the entire dish smelt like it had been burnt in the saucepan. This store will never get another penny of mine, Uber kindly reimbursed costs.
The saltfish fitter was missing from my order. Don’t know if the rider tampered with it but it would still be your fault because you do not tamper proof the deliveries
Touch of Class is my go-to for proper Caribbean food, and they never miss. I’m in there all the time, and Fish Fridays are the highlight for me – the fish is seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. You can’t beat it! But don’t sleep on their breakfast either. If you want a real Caribbean start to your day, the breakfast is top-tier and fills you up just right. It’s a true taste of the Caribbean every time. The staff are friendly, the portions are big, and the vibes are always good. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out – highly recommended!
I have never come across a salt fish fritter worse than this. Harder than nails! Stale! Couldn’t even see any salt fish when I broke it in half. Whilst the jerk chicken dish was not too bad, I will not be ordering from here again.
