About Tasty Jerk
Caribbean Restaurant in London
I just got back from Tasty Jerk in London, and it's a real find! It's tucked away on a side street, so it has a really intimate, neighbourhood feel. The space features lots of warm lighting and vibrant artwork – definitely a step up from your average takeaway joint. Looking through the photos online, I noticed they’ve really focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere, lots of wood and colourful textiles.
The menu is pretty straightforward – all about jerk, obviously! They've got all the classics, from jerk chicken and pork to some interesting veggie options I spotted. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of jerk chicken with rice and peas – it looked incredible. I'd definitely recommend trying their jerk wings – they were seriously flavourful and had a great kick.
What makes Tasty Jerk special is its blend of authentic flavours and a really relaxed, comfortable vibe. It's perfect for a casual dinner with friends, a quick lunch break, or even grabbing takeout. It’s different from other Caribbean restaurants in London because it avoids being overly touristy and feels genuinely local. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants delicious, authentic Caribbean food without the fuss.

One of the best Jamaican restaurants in the London. Great food and friendly service that will remind you of home. I would definitely recommend the oxtail with rice and peas. Their range of fruit juices and rum punch are 10/10. You’ve got to try them
I had lunch at Tasty Jerk at Elephant Park today, and it was such a great experience. The meal deal was really good—flavorful, satisfying, and definitely worth it. The service was also to notch as the staff were super considerate and made me feel so welcome. The atmosphere was also a nice and relaxed vibe, a great spot to work or study while enjoying some good food. Overall, it was such a chill and enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be going back.
Delicious food and friendly people, 100% recommended, You can taste that the food is family-made. The Ox Tail, Goat Curry and The Rum Punch are a must try
Local to work place and an always go to spot for a tasty Goat curry, Portion is fairly decent size but could be more vegetables. It's based by Elephant Park Development so on the pricey side for lunch which is expected most likely the rent is ridiculous. Anyways Always friendly service by the staff. Not much seating so big groups will struggle unless sit outside.
Sooo amazing and delicious vegan options! Huge portions and friendly people working there!!
