Caribbean Flavours in London is a vibrant little spot, tucked away but worth seeking out. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly; it feels less like a formal restaurant and more like a lively home kitchen with great food. Looking through the photos online, I noticed the space features warm lighting and lots of colourful artwork, creating a really welcoming feel.
Their menu is full of classic Caribbean dishes with a modern twist. They have all the favourites—jerk chicken, curries, and plenty of fresh fish options. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of callaloo, looking absolutely delicious, and I’m definitely going back to try it. I'd recommend starting with their fried plantains and maybe sharing a main course, because the portions are generous.

Ordered delivery and it did not dissapoint! Delicious brown stew fish w rice n peas! Nice fry fish w brown stew gravy was delicious! Nice big portion and plenty of gravy!
Tasty (very) Caribbean food, the usual high street options. Essentially a takeaway, but some table seating available. Open relatively late but naturally not all options will still be available. Worth a visit.
Had fried fish with brown stew gravy and salad couple days ago and it was 8/10 made me feel like I was back in Jamaica I’ve tried a variety of food from this restaurant and I have to say this is as authentic as it gets when it comes to Caribbean food. However I went there today and they didn’t have a lot of food available or any salad but didn’t inform me of this before packaging my food. We all know salad should come with all meals and they should know how busy they get so they definitely should make sure they have enough salads. 12/06 The beef and lamb patties are beautiful. The pastry itself taste like back in the day, the yellow is giving and so is the taste.
I really don’t like posting bad reviews as I know it’s people’s livelihood however I am so done with this place! Last year I ordered a chicken soup and found the chicken insides/offal inside the chicken thigh. We all know we clean that out of the chicken. When I called the lady said that it must have slipped through by mistake. I was put off by this but today I thought let me give them another try, I ordered Curry goat and white rice as well as red peas soup and fried chicken and rice. These did not taste bad but nothing to write home about. The curry goat on the other hand was truly disgusting, literally tasted like boiled meat, no flavour whatsoever, the colour was so pale I thought they might have given me curry chicken by mistake. Presentation was awful but I think this was down to Just Eat delivery driver. I will not be ordering from here ever again. The one good Caribbean shop in east London was Stoney Hill in Maryland. The attitude and customer service wasn’t great but their food was definitely flavoursome but theyre closed down now. Somebody bring them back 😩
Slow service. Long lines. Food used to be better. Today oxtail had no flavoir not cooked good. Do better please.I am a regular and not many options for jamaican food so hopefully they improve.
