Mo'Bay Shack in Liverpool is tucked away on a side street, but it’s got a really fun, casual vibe. The whole place feels bright and airy, with colourful artwork on the walls – it's definitely got that relaxed Caribbean beach shack feel, even in the middle of Liverpool! Looking through the photos online, I noticed they’ve done a great job making it feel welcoming and upbeat.

Their menu is full of classic Caribbean dishes, with plenty of options for vegetarians too. Jerk chicken is obviously a big feature, and one photo shows a perfectly plated plate of it, looking incredibly juicy and flavorful. I also spotted some delicious-looking curries and plenty of fresh seafood options. I'd definitely recommend trying their rum punch – it was strong and delicious!
