About Chefway
Caribbean Restaurant in Liverpool
Chefway in Liverpool is a breath of fresh Caribbean air. It's tucked away in a quiet spot (I'd recommend checking their website for the exact address!), but the interior is bright and welcoming. The space features lots of warm wood and colourful artwork; it feels relaxed and inviting, not stuffy at all. It's a casual place where you can chat easily with your friends over good food.
The menu is filled with classic Caribbean dishes, but with a modern twist. They've got all the usual suspects like jerk chicken and curry goat, and the portions are generous. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of escovitch fish – it looked incredible. I'd definitely recommend trying their plantains; they were cooked to perfection.
Chefway is special because of its focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and its friendly atmosphere. It's perfect for a casual dinner with friends, a relaxed celebration, or even a solo meal if you're craving some seriously good Caribbean food. It's already a cut above other Caribbean restaurants I've been to in Liverpool, in my opinion.
