About Caribbean Grill
Caribbean Restaurant in Leeds
Caribbean Grill in Leeds is a hidden gem! It's tucked away on a quieter street, and the atmosphere inside is really welcoming – warm lighting, reggae playing softly in the background, and a friendly buzz. Looking through the photos, I noticed the walls are decorated with vibrant artwork that gives it a real island feel. It's small, but not cramped, just cozy and inviting.
The menu is full of classic Caribbean dishes, with lots of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. They have jerk chicken, of course, which looked amazing in one photo – the chicken was glistening and perfectly browned. I also saw a stunning-looking platter of curried goat, and a really tempting-looking selection of sides, including fried plantains and rice and peas. I'd definitely recommend trying the jerk chicken – it's a must!
What makes Caribbean Grill special is its genuine, homely feel. It's the kind of place perfect for a casual dinner with friends, or a relaxed date night. They clearly put a lot of care into their food, and the friendly service makes you feel right at home. It's a welcome change from the usual chain restaurants, offering a taste of the Caribbean right here in Leeds.

Love this place every time I'm in town
Awesome food
Goat curry had little bones in. Chicken curry was more potatoe than chicken. Rice and peas bland. Dumplings are cold and hard. Food was not cooked fresh it was all served from a banbere (hot plate containers). Chips were only just cooked. Bill was £26.00 value for money no. Staff very friendly, but the place needs a good clean look at the stove that was filled with pans, but not using them to cook food fresh seems strange to me. Floor was dirty. Would I go again? No
very good jerk chicken, rice and peas and plantain
