So I checked out this new place, Taste of India Glasgow, the other day. It's tucked away, but finding it was part of the charm – feels quite intimate. The space is bright and airy, with a really friendly atmosphere; the photos online don't quite capture how cozy it is in person. It’s not fancy, but it's definitely comfortable and inviting.

Their menu is pretty straightforward, lots of classic Indian dishes. I saw photos of a gorgeous butter chicken—the sauce looked rich and creamy—and some really vibrant vegetable curries. They also had a good selection of naan breads, which is always a plus. I personally went for the saag paneer, and it was delicious; the spinach was perfectly cooked and the spices were balanced.

What makes Taste of India special is the genuine warmth of the staff and the freshness of the food. It's the kind of place perfect for a casual weeknight dinner with friends or a relaxed family meal.
