So I just got back from this new Caribbean place in Glasgow called Palmtree Kitchen - مطعم النخلة. They've got some cool artwork on the walls too, giving it a real Caribbean vibe.

The menu is pretty extensive, with all the classics you'd expect – jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, the whole shebang. One photo shows a perfectly plated platter of fried plantains alongside some vibrant looking callaloo soup. I'd recommend checking out their specials board though; they had some interesting daily dishes when I went. For dessert, they had some amazing-looking coconut tarts.
