So, I checked out this new Caribbean place in Glasgow called Multan Tandoori – a bit of a surprise, as the name suggests something else entirely! It's tucked away on a quieter street, creating a really relaxed atmosphere. The space is clean and modern, with warm lighting and a friendly vibe; it feels quite intimate, not at all like a big chain restaurant. Looking through their online photos, I noticed a nice outdoor seating area, perfect for summer evenings.

The menu is interesting; it's clearly Caribbean food, but with some unique twists. They've got all the classics, like jerk chicken and curry goat, but also some less common dishes I'd love to try next time. One photo shows a perfectly plated fish dish with a vibrant sauce, it looked incredible. I went for the roti, which was fantastic – really flavourful and generous portions.
