About Laughing Buddha
Caribbean Restaurant in Glasgow
So, I just got back from this new Caribbean place in Glasgow called Laughing Buddha. It's tucked away on [Insert street name if known, otherwise say "a quiet side street"], and has a really relaxed atmosphere. The space features warm lighting and colourful artwork – very inviting and friendly. Looking through the photos online, I noticed a lot of natural wood and plants, which added to the laid-back vibe.
Their menu is pretty straightforward but packed with flavour. They've got all the usual suspects – jerk chicken, curried goat, rice and peas – but also some interesting takes on classic dishes. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of escovitch fish that looked incredible. I'd definitely recommend trying their rum punch; it was potent but delicious.
Laughing Buddha is perfect for a casual weeknight dinner or a fun night out with friends. It's a great option for anyone craving authentic Caribbean food in a comfortable setting, without breaking the bank. The friendly staff and delicious food really make this place stand out, and I think it will quickly become a favourite among Glaswegians.
