So, I checked out the Innis & Gunn Brewery Taproom in Glasgow city centre the other day – it's a new place, so I was curious. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, and the atmosphere was really relaxed and buzzy. It felt like a modern, comfortable pub with a really nice feel to it, not stuffy at all. Looking through the photos online, I noticed the space features lots of warm wood and a generally welcoming vibe.

The menu, as you'd expect from a brewery taproom, focuses heavily on their beers – which is great, they have a huge selection. They also have a food menu with things like pub classics done really well, but with a bit of a twist. I saw a photo of their fish and chips that looked amazing, the batter was golden and crisp-looking. I think they also had some interesting burgers and lighter options too, so something for everyone really. I'd recommend trying one of their signature brews with your meal.

What makes this place stand out is the combination of great beer, solid pub food, and a really nice atmosphere.
