So I finally checked out Wingstars in Cardiff – it's brand new, so I was curious! The place has a really relaxed, casual feel; bright and airy with lots of natural light. Looking through the photos online, I noticed they've got some cool Caribbean artwork on the walls, creating a nice atmosphere.

Their menu is pretty varied, offering everything from jerk chicken and curries to lighter options like salads and fish dishes. One photo shows a perfectly plated platter of jerk chicken with vibrant sides – it looked incredible. They definitely seem to focus on authentic Caribbean flavours, which is great. I'd recommend trying the jerk chicken, based on the photos alone!

Wingstars is perfect for a casual weeknight dinner with friends or a more relaxed family meal. It's a nice change of pace from the usual restaurant scene in Cardiff, and the emphasis on authentic flavors sets it apart. I think anyone who loves Caribbean food will find something they enjoy here.
