Vittorio's, the new Caribbean restaurant in Cardiff, is tucked away on a quieter street – a real find! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with warm lighting and a really pleasant buzz. Looking through the photos online, I noticed the space features lots of natural wood and bright colours, giving it a cheerful, summery feel. It’s clearly designed to be comfortable, perfect for a casual night out.

Their menu focuses on classic Caribbean dishes with some interesting twists. They have all the usual suspects – jerk chicken, curries, and rice and peas – but also some more unusual things I'd love to try. One photo shows a perfectly plated dish of fish with a vibrant mango salsa that looked incredible. I'm especially intrigued by their list of fresh juices and homemade sodas.

What makes Vittorio's special is its combination of authentic flavours and a welcoming, unpretentious vibe. It's the kind of place you could easily pop into for a quick lunch or spend a leisurely evening enjoying dinner with friends.
