Carib Vibes Bar & Jerk Grill in Cardiff is a hidden gem! It's tucked away, so you'll want to look for it specifically, but the atmosphere is fantastic – really relaxed and friendly. The space features bright, colorful artwork and has a casual, open feel, perfect for a laid-back meal. Looking through their online photos, I noticed a lovely outdoor seating area, too.

Their menu is pretty straightforward but packed with flavor. They obviously specialize in jerk, offering chicken, pork, and even some fish options prepared that way. One photo shows a perfectly plated jerk chicken with vibrant sides of rice and peas and plantains – it looked amazing. I'd recommend trying the jerk pork, based on what I saw, but they also have plenty of other Caribbean staples.
