About Glen's Kitchen

Caribbean Restaurant in Bristol

Glen's Kitchen, tucked away in Bristol, has a really charming, unpretentious vibe. The space feels bright and airy, with a few colourful local art pieces on the walls. It's the kind of place where you can easily imagine settling in for a relaxed meal with friends, or even a casual date night. Looking through the photos, I noticed they've really made use of natural light, making the whole place feel welcoming.

The menu is Caribbean-inspired, with plenty of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. They have all the classics, like jerk chicken and callaloo soup, but also some unique dishes I'd love to try next time, including a plantains and shrimp dish that looks incredible in one photo. I went for the curried goat, which was fall-apart tender, and the rice and peas were perfectly cooked.

What makes Glen's Kitchen special is its focus on fresh, flavorful food and its relaxed atmosphere. It's a great option for anyone looking for a taste of the Caribbean without the fuss. It's perfect for a casual weeknight dinner or a celebratory meal with loved ones – somewhere you feel comfortable and well fed. I think it’s a great addition to Bristol's food scene, and it’s the type of place I’d happily return to again and again.
