About Caribbean Croft

Caribbean Restaurant in Bristol

Caribbean Croft in Bristol is a charming spot, tucked away but definitely worth seeking out. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, a nice mix of casual and sophisticated. Looking through the photos, I noticed the warm lighting and simple, but stylish decor creates a really welcoming feel. It felt like the kind of place you could easily spend a relaxed evening.

The menu is focused on Caribbean classics, with a few interesting twists. They have all the usual suspects – jerk chicken, curries, and rice and peas – but also some more unusual dishes I was keen to try. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of escovitch fish that looked incredible. I'd recommend checking out their specials board, as they seemed to change daily, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What makes Caribbean Croft stand out is the genuine warmth of the service and the clear passion for good food. It's the kind of place perfect for a date night, a catch-up with friends, or even a solo dinner. It's a great addition to Bristol’s food scene, offering something a bit different and genuinely delicious, and it’s somewhere I'd happily return to.
