About Biblos

Caribbean Restaurant in Bristol

Biblos in Bristol is tucked away on a quiet side street, a lovely little spot that feels both intimate and welcoming. The space features warm lighting and what looks like reclaimed wood, giving it a really relaxed, modern Caribbean feel. Looking through the photos, I noticed some interesting artwork on the walls – definitely adding to the ambiance. It felt really comfortable, a place where you could easily spend a few hours chatting over good food and drinks.

The menu at Biblos is a concise but exciting collection of Caribbean dishes. They've clearly got a focus on fresh ingredients and flavourful combinations. I saw jerk chicken, several types of curry, and some seriously tempting-looking sides. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of fish with a vibrant mango salsa that I would’ve happily devoured. I'd definitely recommend checking out their specials; they seemed to change regularly based on seasonal produce.

What makes Biblos special is that cosy, friendly atmosphere combined with delicious food that’s clearly made with passion. It's the kind of place that's perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a romantic night out. The price point is also very reasonable, meaning this is a place you could return to quite frequently. It definitely stood out from other Caribbean restaurants I’ve tried in Bristol; it has a real sense of identity and charm.
