We went for Bottomless Brunch for my birthday and it was amazing! We were served by Betta and she was great and couldn't do enough for us! Betta is so friendly and lovely and despite being run off her feet on a busy Saturday she was still happy and smiley and just lovely! Betta is an asset to Turtle Bay and really is Betta than all the rest! Thank you! :) xxx
Betta and Alex looked after us SO WELL on Tuesday at our bottomless brunch. Berta was a very attentive waiter and Alex was a superb barman. Thank you both for a wonderful evening !!!! We WILL be coming back xx
Went for a business lunch w my colleagues at Turtle Bay, solihull. The menu offers a good selection of Caribbean dishes. Highlight is the jerk chicken. The generous portions and beautiful presentation were impressive. Vibrant n colorful atmosphere 😎
The food at Turtle Bay Solihull was incredible! I had the jerk beef rib with spicy chips, and every bite was packed with flavor. This location has a unique vibe compared to other Turtle Bays I’ve been to. Our server, Sanjeev, was amazing—so patient and attentive, even though I was a bit indecisive at first. Great experience overall!
The food was good and the waitresses were attentive. But kid does not like the spicy food. Besides, kid found the texture of the vanilla ice cream strange. I didn't taste it myself. I guess it's because the ice cream was vegan.
We had an incredible time at Turtle Bay, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Alex and Will. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a smile. The food was delicious, and their recommendations were spot on. Alex and Will’s friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!
Called in for lunch having never been before and what a great place to visit. We were greeted by a very polite friendly guy called San who chatted with us and offered us our choice of tables to sit at. The restaurant was very clean, tidy and very relaxing. We ordered our food and drinks with another guy called Rio who again was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Our lunch arrived and wow it was amazing full of flavour and good portion sizes. Cocktails were just as tasty and great value at 2-4-1. Overall very impressed with Turtle Bay and we will definitely be returning.
