About Caribbean And Cocktails
Caribbean Restaurant in Birmingham
Caribbean And Cocktails in Birmingham is tucked away on a side street, but don't let that fool you – it has a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The space is bright and airy, with colorful artwork on the walls giving it a real Caribbean feel. Looking through the photos, I noticed they have comfortable booths perfect for a group.
The menu is full of classic Caribbean dishes with a modern twist. They've got jerk chicken, of course, but also some interesting seafood options and vegetarian curries. One photo shows a perfectly plated plate of curried goat, it looked incredibly flavorful. I'd recommend trying their rum punch – it's potent but delicious!
This place is perfect for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or even a celebration. The food is flavorful and well-executed, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. What sets Caribbean And Cocktails apart is its genuine warmth and friendly service; it felt like a neighborhood gem rather than just another restaurant.

Great location, and interior! We received a warm welcome from staff. We started off with cocktails - highly recommend the Bob Marley, Zombie or Rum Punch, they were all packed full of flavour and you could certainly taste the rum! I enjoyed my curry goat and the portion sizes (rice, festivals, dumplings and plantain) didn’t disappoint. Will be back again and recommend all to visit!
Me and my friend visited last night, didn’t book but luckily they still managed to accommodate even though it was busy! Staff was very very friendly FOOD WAS AMAZING! Full of flavour even the chef came out to check all was good with our meals. Cocktails 10/10 even though they blew my head a little! Already organising another visit
Enjoyed visiting Caribbean and Cocktails the background music was great. Nice decor and clean interior. Really enjoyed the salmon and the portion of rice and dumplings. Belly full! The Bob Marley drink was 5⭐️. Recommend others to check it out ✊🏾
Dined at this new restaurant and cocktail bar recently. It was nice to see an authentic Jamaican restaurant in the middle of the city centre. Nicely designed. A separate bar area for drinks only. Food was tasty and cocktails were good. We had, curry mutton, oxtail and rice and peas. Also had honey chicken wings to start, they were delicious. Finished off with a pina colada which was a good size with a generous amount of rum. Great atmosphere. Polite attentive staff. Reggae music playing in the background which added to the ambience. My only very small criticism is that, the honey wings were ordered as a starter, but came out with the main dish, so we were eating our starter while the main dish was going cold. I informed our server of this, so hope it will be rectified.
My experience at this restaurant was a 10/10! On entrance the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and both the exterior and interior is beautifully decorated. The Caribbean music played added to the great ambience of the restaurant and most importantly the food was very flavourful and authentic. I tried their honey glazed chicken wings with a side of plantain and mac and cheese which I would highly recommend, especially the special sauce that came with the mac and cheese. This place is perfect for any special occasions such as birthdays and date nights.
