Went for a night out, having received information that there was a "girls night out". However, the vibe was a bit flat at 8:00pm onwards, as it appears that the crowd gets there after midnight. The music was good and the DJ took requests. The food.... sorry, disappointed. The jerk chicken was "chicken back"with a chicken leg!! No, no, no. That's not the kind of thing you serve people who you want to come back, after their first visit. HOWEVER, whilst I was there - around 11:00pm, there was a giant food delivery. I guess the people who got there after that time got juicy, fresh and tasty food. Therefore, my tip would be, if your eating out at Blue Mountain, make sure it's after 11:00PM, when the food's fresh. The staff stated that the majority of customers go there to socialise after midnight and it's open until 5:00am. (Unverified).

I ordered food on just eat and the lady from the restaurant called to tell me something I ordered was not available and I asked them to leave that thing out and deliver the rest of the food as I was starving . She then decided to cancel my order without telling me luckily I called a minute later to order an alternative. She then told me I said I wanted my order cancelled which I never did and said contact just eat for your refund where I would have lost 50% of the money . I politely asked her to not cancel she said ok but I’ll have to wait 2 hours since they driver is gone. 2.5 hrs later I called and she rudely said I should wait another hour without an apology. The lady has been rude from the begging. I’m so disgusted with the treatment . I will never Order from them again .

The food was AWFUL AND COLD.. The woman had a very bad attitude and talked with a chip on her shoulder.. If you ask a question, she would shrug her shoulders at you. The food was cold and overpriced. The lamb patties were from Asda and were charged at £1.50. In Asda, they are 90p.. The shop was dirty. The carpet was covered in leaves .. very unhygienic and VERY POOR SERVICE. I had to throw the food away after 2 bites. No taste and cold... DEFINATELY NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. I'm surprised why Just Eat is advertising this nasty FOOD and shop.. WASTE OF MONEY

I’d never come here again, the attitude of the servers is what brings this company down. Extremely rude, if you don’t like your job just leave I’m sure the owner would be happy to employ someone else willing. The food took ages to arrive and was not nice at all.

Ordered on Ubereats and ordered a small mutton. It states that you get rice and veg with the dish. I only got meat, called up and was told that, that's what the order is and it says on the menu. I explained that on Uber eats it don't say that and I was told that it does on the menu in the shop. Which is no help to me ordering from home. The guy on the phone did nothing to resolve the issue and made me feel like I should know that £5 would only get me meat. I won't be ordering from them again. The dumplin was hard, plantain had sat in oil and the curry goat was swimming in oil and salty. Im now £5 closer to diabetes.

I made a order with 2 fried chicken noodels and 1 carrot cake and i waited almost 4h to receive my order and first when i called them they told me to wait 20 min for my order and after 20 min i called them back and they told me to wait 5 more minutes and i waited another 5 min and they didn't come and then when i tried to called them back they didin't respond and my order came and was incomplet and i said ok i will try to see how is the food beacuse my carrot cake NEVER ARRIVED and when i open the box inside was no chicken just BONES. PLEASE DO NOT BUYE FOOD ONLINE FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Thank you some much for the FRIED BONES NOODLES WITH NO MEAT.
